- This is a tentative offer — Mice Globals does not hold accommodation or air seats until the registration amount is received; rates are subject to change and availability.
- A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the package price per person is required at the time of booking; full payment is due maximum 21 days prior to departure.
- Any increase in the exchange rate may increase the cost of surface transportation and land arrangements; the difference is payable directly by the passenger.
- International check-in is 1500 hrs and check-out is 1200 hrs.
- Overstay expenses due to flight delay, change, or cancellation are borne by the passenger; no refund is provided for unutilized services.
- Single room supplement is mandatory if a twin partner cannot be found, including for last-minute registrations.
